School Fiscal Accountability Act
The School Fiscal Accountability Act (Act No. 2006-196) requires local boards of education to post monthly financial reports and annual school budgets on the local school board's internet site. The required monthly reports should be presented to the local board of education before posting to the local internet site, but not later than 45 days after the end of the reporting month.
