Students Visit Federal Courthouse, Meet Legal Professionals

Students from Charles F. Hard Elementary School's Beta Club and Safety Patrol visited the federal courthouse in Birmingham, where they observed court proceedings and met with legal professionals. The students visited the courtroom of Judge Ruby Clark and met attorneys Jacques Gary and Edward Maye II, school officials said. The attorneys shared their career experiences and encouraged the students to pursue their goals. The visit provided students with firsthand exposure to the judicial system and inspired them to consider careers in law, the school said.
