Community Input
Any individual or delegation wishing to address the Board on a matter not included on the agenda must submit a written request to the
Superintendent at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled meeting. Presentations should be kept brief and shall not exceed three
(3) minutes. Speakers may share concerns related to school operations or programs and are expected to maintain proper decorum.
The Board will not hear:
1. Comments concerning individual students, or
2. Comments about school personnel or others connected to the school system that are unrelated to their official duties, not
connected to official business of the Board, or that serve only as personal attacks rather than addressing conduct or positions
taken.
If delegation wishes to speak, one (1) member must be designated as the spokesperson and shall comply with the time limit above. The
Board President reserves the right to end any comments that do not meet the stated guidelines or for other good cause.
